Minimum qualifications:

- 3 years of experience working in staffing for a Search company, recruitment agency, or in-house talent team.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Advocate for Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the hiring process and ensure all candidate pipelines are representative of the talent market. Identify and drive process improvements which impact global recruiting, candidates, and clients.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs, and connecting them to opportunities at Google. Provide a high-touch experience from application stage to offer.
- Guide and advise on Google's hiring processes. Provide strong/consistent communication to clients. Provide solutions that enable clients to seamlessly engage with staffing and our processes.
- Source, evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview and offer processes, including salary negotiations, and closing of candidates. Build strong partnerships with sourcing and recruiting peers to ensure robust, representative pipelines.
- Create and implement a hiring strategy that emphasizes quality/diversity of hires, process efficiency, and strong client management/candidate satisfaction.
